09:00 a.m. : Arrival at the House of Caserta

The House of Caserta was defined as the last great implementation of the Italian Baroque. The construction was taken by the king of Naples Carlo of Bourbons. He wanted to build a palace that could be compete with Versailles. The New Palace was to be the new symbol of the new Bourbonic state. Artist Vanvitelli began design in 1751 until 1759. The palace was completed completely in 1845, and there are around 1200 more than 1200 - odd periods in the house. The royal gardens of Caserta extend 3km per 120 hectares of surface.
