8:30 a.m. : Departure

9:00 a.m. : Arrival in Pompeii

Upon arrival in Pompeii, you will enter one of its ancient doors and a short walk will take you to the center of the city, the Forum. Surrounded by sumptuous temples and porches, you'll begin to grasp the lifestyle of the inhabitants. Admire the mansions and art of rich patricians who moved to Pompeii to escape the turmoil of Rome; looks at countless paintings and inscriptions. Look at the streets with the sidewalks raised on both sides and the milestones that ensured pedestrians a safe passage to intersections. Your guided tour of Pompeii is about two hours.

11:30 a.m. : Traveling to the Vineyards

In a natural setting, halfway between Vesuvius and the Sorrentine Peninsula, we will arrive in a small farmhouse, dating back to the time of the Greeks and Romans who, at the aquides of Vesuvius, established the first colonies. Here you will find vineyards that extend over 35 hectares where you can taste the typical wines of the place including the legendary Lacryma Christi.

6:30 p.m. : Return to the Port of Naples

After the wine tasting you will return to the Port of Naples.
